Returns and Refund Policies

 

  • If you receive the wrong item type/color, you can contact Warstone Prosthetics (through our website or by emailing [email protected]) within 14 days for a full refund or to swap for the correct item. Warstone Prosthetics will arrange the postage for the return of the incorrect item. 
  • In the unlikely situation of your order being lost in the post on its way to you, you can contact Warstone Prosthetics for a full refund within 3 weeks of posting your order. 
  • If you have provided the wrong postage address at the time of order then you may not be eligible for a refund, but please get in touch anyway to see if anything can be done to help. 
  • If you changed your mind about the product, if you have not opened the packaging or used it, you may contact us and arrange to send it back for a refund within 14 days or receive your order. Opened and used products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons. 
  • If you change your mind very soon after placing your order, please contact Warstone Prosthetics as soon as possible. If the product hasn’t been posted yet, this can be stopped and a full refund can be given.
  • If you receive the correct item you ordered but you realise its not the colour or type for you, and the product has not been opened and used, you may contact Warstone Prosthetics within 14 days to see if your desired product is available for exchange.
